Pillar Kinetic came to Caston with a physical therapy practice that treats performance, prenatal, pelvic floor, and dry needling clients across Las Vegas, but a website that undersold the level of care happening inside the clinic. Our work centered on two priorities. The first was rebuilding the site's interface and visual identity so it matched the clinical precision of the practice. The second was a sustained SEO push to help the right patients find Pillar Kinetic in a competitive local market.

On the design side, we restructured navigation around how patients actually search for care, separating performance PT, prenatal PT, pelvic floor PT for women and men, and women's strength training into clear, distinct paths instead of burying them under a single generic services page. We rebuilt page layouts with more breathing room, stronger visual hierarchy, and imagery that reflects the practice's actual patient base rather than stock photography. Every page was rebuilt to work as well on a phone as it does on a desktop, since most new patients are searching and booking from their phones.
